Update
After working with our cloud provider, we have determined that the issue was transient in nature, and will begin routing traffic back to the Asia region following successful load testing that has been performed.

We are experiencing a service degradation in our Asia region of Streamkeeper. We apologize for the inconvenience and want to assure you that our team is hard at work to fix the issue as quickly as possible. As a short term solution we have routed traffic away from Asia to ensure stability
This issue was impacting all MDRM services in the Asia region only. All other regions are stable at this time.
We will provide an update as additional information becomes available.
